Organized Single-Serve Grown-up Snack!

This is a bit off-line on the topic of organizing, but not terribly…

It’s more about discipline than strictly organization, but discipline and organization go hand-in-hand, besides, WHO DOESN’T LOVE COOKIES!?

Ever feel like you’re DYING to have an oven baked cookie but just know, that if you make a whole batch, you’re probably going to commit to eating half the batter, and then most of the finished product? I do-obviously. So my lovely sister found this awesome solution and it’s so perfect for late-night snacking with so much less guilt.

FOR THOSE DAYS WHEN YOU JUST WANT TO MAKE ONE COOKIE!

1 tbsp butter melted…

1 tbsp white sugar…

1 tbsp brown sugar…

3 drops of vanilla…

pinch of salt…

1 egg yolk…

1/4 cup flour…

2 tbsp chocolate chips…

MICROWAVE 40-60 SEC IN A CUP OR BOWL… Single serving deep dish chocolate chip cookie!

Of course you can always use this principle for the kids too, in case you don’t want them begging for extras, but it’s such a fun secret to keep to yourself! TEE HEE:)
